In this course, I'll make the case that the root cause of physician and nurse moral injury is the low level of knowledge in medical science and healthcare today. Most people don't say this. Most people think it's the system itself—either the insurance companies, the focus on documentation, the focus on metrics over people, or other operational issues. I make the case in this course that all of these are secondary issues. They are byproducts of a worldview that models human beings as machines, encoded in our model of anatomy. There are other philosophical perspectives that are equally valid, and in fact more valid than this. When we incorporate this knowledge into our medical system, the entire system will transform. Healing of both clinicians and patients will become standard.

The framework I've created to describe this is based on the fundamental nature of consciousness. Here, I present this model and its implications for healing clinicians.

We are in the midst of a shift to an entirely new health system based on a deeper understanding of consciousness and human nature. Join us and set yourself free.
